- Login via OTP using UPSSSC PET 2023 Registration Number and OTP Password.
- After login, complete details, photo, and signature will be visible.
- Fill the required details and pay the application fee of ₹25/-.
- Check and collect all required documents.
- Scan and upload necessary documents (Photo, Sign, ID Proof, etc.).
- Review and verify all details before submission.
- Print the final submitted form for reference.
