Eligibility Criteria
- Class 10th with Science.
- Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Ayurveda) and registered with Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board.
- Diploma in Midwifery (Ayurveda) and registered with Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board.
- Certificate as Ayurvedic Nurse and Midwife (Dhatri) from the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of UP.
How to Apply
- Apply online from 04/09/2023 to 18/10/2023.
- One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for UPPSC recruitment. UPPSC OTR Registration 2023
- OTR registration number is generated after 72 hours, so complete OTR before applying.
- Read the notification before applying.
- Ensure all required documents (eligibility, ID proof, address details, etc.) are ready.
- Upload scanned copies of documents (photo, sign, ID proof, etc.).
- Review the application form carefully before submission.
- If applicable, pay the required application fee; otherwise, the form will be incomplete.
- Take a printout of the final submitted form.
