UP AYUSH NEET 2024–25 Admission Counselling: Complete Guide

UP AYUSH NEET 2024 is the state-level counselling process for admission to undergraduate AYUSH courses—BAMS, BHMS, BUMS—in Uttar Pradesh. It is conducted based on NEET UG 2024 scores and includes both state and all-India quota counselling.

Seat Distribution

• 85% State Quota Seats: Conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), UP, and Department of AYUSH, UP in coordination with National Informatics Centre (NIC)
• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Seats: Conducted by AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC)

AACCC AIQ AYUSH Counselling (15% Quota)

• Seat Allotment Result: September 5, 2024
• Reporting to Allotted College: September 6 – 11, 2024

Further rounds (Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy) will follow their respective schedules extending into late 2024 and early 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

• NEET UG 2024 Qualification: Minimum 50th percentile (General), 40th (SC/ST/OBC), 45th (PWD)
• Age Limit: Minimum 17 years by December 31, 2024
• Education: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
  • 50% marks in PCB (General)
  • 40% (SC/ST)
  • 45% (PWD)
• Domicile: Uttar Pradesh domicile required for state quota seats

   • Registration Fee: ₹2,000 (Gen/OBC), ₹1,500 (SC/ST)
   • Security Deposit: ₹20,000 (Govt Colleges), ₹50,000 (Private Colleges)
2. State Merit List
   Merit list released based on NEET scores post-registration
3. Choice Filling & Locking
   Candidates select preferred colleges and courses
4. Seat Allotment
   Based on NEET rank, choices, and seat availability
5. Document Verification
   Physical verification at designated nodal centres
6. Reporting to Allotted College
   Complete admission formalities at the respective college
