Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
Must be a Law Graduate holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.), including integrated 5-year law courses, from any university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Final-year students of 3-year or 5-year law programs are eligible, subject to submission of proof of graduation before appointment. - Age Limit (as on 07 February 2025):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 32 years
- Skills Required:
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent writing ability
- Proficiency with legal tools: e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
Selection Process:
- Part I – Objective Test (Online MCQ):
- Focus on legal knowledge and reading comprehension
- Part II – Subjective Written Test:
- Analytical and writing skills assessed through handwritten answers
- Questions displayed on screen
- Part III – Interview:
- Final round to assess suitability for engagement
