- Education: Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) Examination from any recognized board in India
- Skill Test:
- Grade D Transcription
- English: 50 Minutes
- Hindi: 65 Minutes
- Grade C Transcription
- English: 40 Minutes
- Hindi: 55 Minutes
- Grade D Transcription
How to Fill SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Online Form 2025
- Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new SSC website ssc.gov.in before applying.
- Apply online between 06/06/2025 and 26/06/2025.
- Photo Upload Rule: A live photo capture through webcam or official SSC app is mandatory. Face must be clearly visible with light or white background.
- Read the official notification carefully before applying.
- Keep documents ready: handwriting sample, ID proof, address, eligibility documents, photo, signature, thumb impression, etc.
- Review the form before final submission.
- Submit fee if required; incomplete forms due to non-payment will be rejected.
- Take a printout of the final submitted form.
