Eligibility Criteria (as on cut-off dates)
Age Limit (as on 14 July 2025)
- Grade A: 21 to 30 years (Born between 14 July 1995 and 15 July 2004)
- Grade B: 25 to 33 years (Born between 14 July 1992 and 15 July 2000)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Others: As per rules
Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 11 August 2025)
Assistant Manager Grade A (General Stream):
- Graduation (60% marks for UR/OBC, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Admin, or Engineering
- OR: CA, CS, CMA, CFA, MBA/PGDM (2 years full-time, min. 60% / 55% for reserved categories)
- Experience (for non-CA/MBA and certain roles): Min. 2 years in MSME/Corporate credit, SEBI-registered firms, ARCs, or govt. consultancy
Manager Grade B (General):
- Graduation (min. 60% marks) with 5 years’ experience as officer in RBI/SEBI/NABARD/NHB/SIDBI/SCBs
Manager Grade B (Legal):
- LLB (min. 50% marks) with 5 years of legal experience in banks or financial institutions
Manager Grade B (IT):
- B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA (min. 60% marks) with 5 years IT experience
Final year students not eligible.

Assistant Manager Grade A
- Basic: ₹44,500
- Pay Scale: ₹44500 – 89150
- Gross Monthly: ₹1,00,000 approx.
Manager Grade B
- Basic: ₹55,200
- Pay Scale: ₹55200 – 99750
- Gross Monthly: ₹1,15,000 approx.
Allowances: DA, HRA/Lease, Medical, LFC, Conveyance, JAIIB/CAIIB increments as per SIDBI rules
Probation Period
- 2 years (extendable up to 4 years as per SIDBI discretion)
