- Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Application
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from Polytechnic
- RS-CIT Certificate or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Rajasthani culture
- Proficiency in Hindi language written in Devanagari script
