Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB – Professional) from a university established by law in India
- Must be enrolled or eligible to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
- Final year LLB students may apply but must hold the degree before Mains
- Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani dialects and customs preferred
- Character: Must have good moral character and no criminal background
Age Limit (as on January 1, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS (Rajasthan): 5 years
- General Female: 5 years
- Reserved Category Female: 10 years

Selection Process
The selection process involves three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type – Screening)
- Mode: Offline or Online (to be decided by RHC)
- Subjects: Constitution, IPC, CPC, CrPC, Evidence, Contract, Limitation, Hindi, English, Current Affairs
- Questions: 100 MCQs
- Marks: 100
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Weightage:
- 70% Law subjects
- 30% Language proficiency (Hindi/English)
- Qualifying Marks:
- General: 45%
- SC/ST: 40%
- Prelims is qualifying only; marks not counted for final merit
- Main Examination (Subjective Type)
- Total Marks: 300
- Duration: 3 Hours per paper

- Law Paper I: Constitution, Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Transfer of Property
- Law Paper II: CPC, CrPC, IPC
- Language Paper I: Hindi Essay – 50 Marks
