Eligibility Criteria (as on July 1, 2025):
Technician Grade 1 Signal:
- Age Limit: 18 to 36 years
- Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech OR Engineering Diploma OR B.Sc. in Engineering OR equivalent qualification in any sub-stream of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institution.
Technician Grade 3:
- Age Limit: 18 to 33 years
- Educational Qualification:
Passed 10th Class with ITI in relevant trade OR
10th Class with PCM subjects (for certain trades) OR
Equivalent as mentioned in the detailed notification.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
Salary (Initial Pay):
- Technician Grade 1 Signal: ₹29,200/- (Level 5)
- Technician Grade 3: ₹19,900/- (Level 2)
Includes allowances and benefits under 7th CPC.
Application Fee:
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹500/- (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT Stage 1)
- SC/ST/Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minorities/EBC: ₹250/- (Full refund after appearing in CBT Stage 1)

- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination

- Visit respective RRB portal (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbsecunderabad.gov.in, rrbapply.gov.in) from June 28, 2025
- Register and complete the application with required documents
- Upload scanned photo and signature
- Pay the application fee
- Submit the application before the deadline
