About Exam:
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a short notification for Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2025 under Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No. 03/2025. The recruitment drive includes 434 vacancies for various paramedical posts such as Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Radiographer, Lab Assistant, ECG Technician, Health & Malaria Inspector, Dialysis Technician, and others. Eligibility Criteria (as on 01 January 2026):
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18–20 years (depends on post)
- Maximum Age:
- Most posts: 33–35 years
- Nursing Superintendent: up to 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years depending on category
Educational Qualification:
- Nursing Superintendent: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy + Registration under Pharmacy Act, 1948
- Radiographer: Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray / Radiodiagnosis Technology
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II: B.Sc. with Chemistry + 1 Year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector
- Lab Assistant Grade-II: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. + Diploma in Hemodialysis
- ECG Technician: Degree / Diploma in ECG/Cardiology/Cardiology Techniques
- Dietician: B.Sc (Science) + PG Diploma in Dietetics OR B.Sc + M.Sc in Home Science (Food & Nutrition)
LASIK Surgery Eligibility:
Permissible if done at least 1 year earlier, no complications, certified by medical authority, residual corneal thickness ≥425 microns, visual acuity meets medical standards, and normal fundus.
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen with domicile of the respective region.

Exam Pattern – CBT:
- Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates)
- Total Questions: 100 (Objective Type)
- Total Marks: 100
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deducted for each incorrect answer
