Educational Qualification (Stream-wise):
- General: Master’s in any discipline / Law / Engineering / ACA / FCA (ICAI) / ACS / FCS (ICSI) / ACMA / FCMA (ICMAI) / CFA
- Finance and Accounts: Graduation + CA / CS / CMA / CFA
- IT: BE/BTech in EE/EC/IT/CS or MCA or Bachelor’s + 2-Year PG in Computers
- Research (Economics): Master’s in Economics / Statistics / Commerce / MBA (Finance) / Econometrics
- Research (Statistics): Master’s in Statistics
- Legal: LLB
- Actuary: Graduation + Cleared all 7 Core Principles papers from IAI
- Official Language (Rajbhasha): Master’s in Hindi with English at UG level OR Master’s in Sanskrit / English / Economics / Commerce with Hindi at UG level
Selection Process:
Phase I – Online Screening Test:
- Paper 1 (Common): English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness (including financial awareness)
- Paper 2 (Stream Specific): Specialized MCQs related to the applied stream
- Negative Marking: 1/4th per wrong answer
Phase II – Online Mains Exam:
- Paper 1 (Common): English Descriptive – Essay, Precis, Comprehension
- Paper 2 (Stream Specific): MCQs based on specialization
Phase III – Interview:
- Final selection based on Phase II scores and interview performance
