MSDSU Assistant Professor Eligibility:
- As per UGC Regulations / Norms.
Pay Scale (As per 7th CPC):
- Professor: Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200)
- Associate Professor: Level-13A (₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100)
- Assistant Professor: Level-10 (₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400)
Selection Process:
- Assistant Professor: Written Test + Interview (with Presentation)
- Professor/Associate Professor: Direct Interview (based on API Score)

- After online submission, print the application form.
- Send the printed application along with self-attested copies of required documents via registered/speed post to the University.
- Write “Application for the post of _____ in the Department of _____” on the envelope.
Documents Required:
- Online Application Form printout
- Fee payment receipt
- Self-attested copies of educational and experience certificates
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- API score sheet (if applicable)
- Two self-addressed envelopes
Important Notes:
- Candidates who applied earlier under Advt. No. 01/2024 or Advt. No. 02/2024 must re-apply. Fee exemption applies for such cases.
- Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria as per UGC norms.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending written tests/interviews.
