- Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Certificate in computer operation from a state government-recognized institution
- Domicile: Jharkhand domicile required for reservation benefits

- Pay Matrix Level-8: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 (7th Pay Commission)
