Educational Qualification

Training and Selection Details
- 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF)
- 6 months classroom training
- 2 months internship
- 4 months On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Training Locations:
- South & West Zones via Manipal Academy, Bengaluru
- North & East Zones via Nitte Education International, Greater Noida
- On successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’)
Stipend During Course
- ₹5,000 per month during training
- ₹15,000 per month during internship
- CTC after joining: ₹6.14 – ₹6.50 lakh per annum (Class A cities)
Programme Fees
- ₹3,00,000 + GST (includes tuition, lodging, boarding)
- Certification exam fees extra
- Education loan available from IDBI Bank
- Fee reimbursable in 5 annual instalments after 3 years of service and satisfactory performance
Service Bond
- ₹2 lakh + taxes if leaving before 3 years of service
- Bond applicable from start of OJT period

Selection Process
- Online Test
- Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation: 60 Qs – 60 Marks – 40 min
- English Language: 40 Qs – 40 Marks – 20 min
- Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Qs – 40 Marks – 35 min
- General/Economy/Banking Awareness: 60 Qs – 60 Marks – 25 min
- Total Duration: 120 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
- Personal Interview
- 100 Marks
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD)
- Final Merit: 75% Online Test + 25% Interview
