Educational Qualification:
For Freshers (Non–ITI):
- Fitter, Electrician, Machinist: Class 10 (with 50% marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system
- Carpenter, Painter, Welder: Class 10 (with 50% marks) under 10+2 system
- MLT (Radiology & Pathology): Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology
For Ex–ITI (NCVT/SCVT Certificate Holders):
- Fitter, Electrician, Machinist: Class 10 (with 50% marks) + National Trade Certificate in relevant trade
- Carpenter, Painter, Welder: Class 10 (with 50% marks) + National Trade Certificate
- PASAA: Class 10 (with 50% marks) + National Trade Certificate in IT, COPA, DSA, or Software Testing Assistant
Not Eligible: Candidates holding higher qualifications like Diploma, Degree, or Engineering, except for MLT trades

Stipend:
- Freshers (10th Pass): ₹6000/- per month
- Freshers (12th Pass – MLT): ₹7000/- per month
- Ex–ITI: ₹7000/- per month
Training Duration:
- Freshers (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Carpenter, Painter): 2 Years
- Freshers (Welder, MLT Radiology/Pathology): 1 Year 3 Months
- Ex–ITI (All Trades): 1 Year
Selection Process:
- Merit Based Only
- Based on percentage of marks in Class 10 (Matric)
- For Ex–ITI: Combined marks of 10th and ITI trade (must be NCVT/SCVT certified)
- No Written Exam or Interview
- Tie-Breaking Rule:
- Candidate older in age preferred
- If DOB same, candidate who passed Class 10 earlier is selected

Important Instructions:

- Apprenticeship is governed by Apprentices Act, 1961 – No job guarantee after training
- Preference may be given to candidates from Tamil Nadu as per past practices
