- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with First Division
- Master’s Degree in Science (for select disciplines)
- Valid GATE Score in 2023 / 2024 / 2025
- Age Limit (as on 04 July 2025):
- UR / EWS: Maximum 35 Years
- OBC (NCL): Maximum 38 Years
- SC / ST: Maximum 40 Years
