Purpose of Exam:
Conducted under Rule-4 of the Bihar School Special Teacher (Amendment) Rules, 2024, this exam evaluates the competency of Niyojit Shikshak (contractual teachers) working in Bihar’s primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools. Passing this test is mandatory for continued employment and future regularization or promotion.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Only working teachers or librarians in Bihar government schools appointed by local bodies (urban/rural) are eligible.
- Applicable for Primary, Middle, Secondary, Higher Secondary levels, including Physical Education Teachers.
- Teachers who did not qualify in Phase 1, 2, or 3, or were absent, may apply.
- Applicants from Phase 2 with rejected applications need not pay again for Phase 4.
- Final opportunity to apply in Phase 4 & 5. Only failed candidates may re-appear in future on payment.
- Retired/disengaged teachers are not eligible.

Photo & Signature Guidelines:

Admit Card & Post-Application Verification:
- Issued online before exam
- Must be verified and signed by District Program Officer (Establishment)
- Admit card verification based on December 2024 salary slip, Aadhaar, and appointment letter
- After exam, original admit card must be submitted to DPO
- DPO uploads the signed admit card and retains the original copy
Post Exam & Counseling Process:
- Qualified candidates must attend counseling
- Biometric verification and certificate checking done
- Sakshamta Certificate issued by BSEB
- Required for future promotion and regularization
Important Instructions:
- Only apply if appointed by competent local body
- Incomplete or fee-unpaid forms will be rejected
- No correction allowed post submission
- Download form and fill it offline before online entry
- EWS candidates must choose ‘General’ category, not EBC
- Court case or appeal pending applicants will not be accepted
- Candidates using cyber cafés must verify data themselves
