Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have completed either 3-year or 5-year LLB from a recognized law college
  • Must be enrolled with any State Bar Council in India
  • No upper age limit
  • Final-year law students were allowed to appear (as per Supreme Court direction)

  • Type: Open Book (Bare Acts only; notes not allowed)
  • Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes
  • Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions
  • Effective Evaluation: 93 Questions (7 withdrawn)
  • Languages: Available in multiple regional languages
  • No Negative Marking

Qualifying Criteria

  • General / OBC: Minimum 45% of 93 = 42 marks
  • SC / ST / Disabled: Minimum 40% of 93 = 37 marks
